Dr. Samantha Jean Calhoun, O.D.

Dr. Samantha Calhoun earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has extensive training in ocular disease management, including glaucoma, macular degeneration, and dry eye, as well as experience fitting specialty contact lenses.

Originally from Clanton, Alabama, Dr. Calhoun enjoys serving patients in the Mobile area and values building relationships with those she cares for. She is available for appointments on Wednesdays and Thursdays and is a member of both the American Optometric Association and the Alabama Optometric Association.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, reading, hiking, and visiting local beaches.
