Perspective Eye Center

I am a caregiver for a disabled man who has very bad vision in one eye and totally blind in the other eye. He wears contacts and has had a problem with them tearing and popping out of his eye for a while. Since I take him to all of his appointments and I'm in the room with him, this had to be the most thorough and well explained visit that he's had in the last 5 years and he goes every year to get his eye checked. Dr. Gross and his whole staff went above and beyond our expectations in courtesy, patience, answering questions, providing information, explaining what is going on with his eyes, getting his bill as low as they could and just being totally considerate in all phases of his exam. If I could do a 10 star, I would and the patient agrees 100% with me. We were blessed that we were referred to Dr. Gross. He's the best!!!

Perspective Eye Center is an excellent place for Vision Care needs. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. Dr. Stephen is an amazing optometrist. He’s very knowledgeable and understanding. I would highly recommend if you need an eye exam, glasses, or contact lenses, call them. Most places I called were weeks out for getting an appointment, but they were available to see me this week. Can’t say enough how great this eye care place is.

I've just moved back to the US and had a pair of glasses that I'd accidentally sat on, so I was stopped by Perspective Eye Center hoping they could adjust them. I was warmly greeted, and Maggie not only fixed the pair I brought in, but also offered to adjust the pair I was wearing---all at no charge! While I waited, I had a few questions about their aesthetics treatments, and the aesthetician was kindly, knowledgeable, and honest in answering them. Such a genuinely great experience. They went above and beyond when they absolutely didn't have to. 5 stars for Customer Service for sure! Thank you Maggie and the team!

The two ladies that work the front desk really went above and beyond on trying to make insurance work for me and everyone laughed at my "dad" jokes, so this place is awesome!

Absolutely the best! Very friendly atmosphere. From the front desk, to the assistants, the techs, sorry I don’t remember names, the lady that fit the glasses for us and got the proper lens was kind and sweet very knowledgeable as well. Last but not least Dr Stephen Gross was the best I mean this guy knows his stuff, he treated us like he know us for years. This was our first time ever meeting.. the entire crew treated us like family. I highly recommend! They treated everyone that walked through those doors with kindness. Me and family found our permanent eye care team! Thanks guys

First visit today and it was really great. Easy to schedule with, right of time for appointment today (no waiting), Doctor was very nice and personable, staff was all very friendly.

Friendly staff , made my wife and me very comfortable and Dr. Gross was very easy to talk with and informed me very clearly of any issues I’m having with my eyes . Very good visit .
